An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled person to support international collaborations and joint international research programmes and research exchanges in conjunction with our Internationally leading Polymer Interdisciplinary Research Centre.
You will employ your creative skills working in teams to contribute to the successful management and delivery of multimillion pound strategic international research and knowledge transfer collaborations in the Polymer IRC, helping to maintain the success of our links with leading Chinese researchers, and leading polymer research groups and industry worldwide.
Main requirements:
- Management and inter-personal skills for a range of high level international collaborations, helping to develop our strategy, developing new collaborations,
- Ability to build strategic partnerships, and to be a first contact point for these.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
Full support where needed will be given to the right candidate and the opportunity to expand your skills with dedicated training.
The post is for 2 years in the first instance. The University of Bradford is an inclusive employer, as such we are able to offer some flexibility in working patterns, so part time working will be considered.
