Position: International Agent Coordinator

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s International Admissions Department at the Prescott Campus is seeking a dynamic International Agent Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing relationships with international education agents to enhance admissions and enrollment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for partnered entities to ensure accurate and up-to-date representation of the university’s brand.
2. Supervise the creation and distribution of public relations materials, including press releases and social media content.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with potential partners to expand the university’s network.
4. Monitor contract details and update agreements as necessary.
5. Maintain a database of students engaged through our partners and oversee commission payments.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and campus developments that may impact our partnerships.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience in International Admissions and Recruitment, International Student Services, and/or Study Abroad
– Strong understanding of higher education, student programming, and cultural sensitivity
– Excellent communication, organizational, project management, and leadership skills
– Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to deliver presentations, network, and build long-lasting relationships
– Self-motivated and confident
– Analytical skills with knowledge of information systems and technical expertise in Microsoft operating systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications
– Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
