University of Idaho is seeking an International Admissions Specialist to join their team in Moscow. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $20.31 per hour or higher based on experience. The specialist will be responsible for compiling and evaluating academic records, determining admissions eligibility, assisting clients, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
Minimum qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with applying laws and procedures, and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, excellent written communication skills, knowledge of international educational systems, and experience in a university setting. Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with administrative databases and student records are also desired.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work professionally with the public and university staff/faculty. They should also be familiar with Microsoft Word, spreadsheet software, email, and web-based research.
This position does not require any physical requirements or special working conditions.
