Job Title: Recruitment Manager for International Recruitment and Outreach

Job Description:
The Recruitment Manager for International Recruitment and Outreach is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to the Office of International Admissions. This role involves collaborating with the Director and staff to develop and implement strategies for international recruitment. The Recruitment Manager will conduct research on recruitment markets, provide input on international student mobility trends, propose strategic recruitment plans, and work with internal departments and external partners on international recruitment initiatives.
The Recruitment Manager will also be responsible for managing marketing and communications efforts specific to International Admissions. This includes writing and updating email communications, developing digital materials for outreach, overseeing social media platforms, and collaborating with Enrollment Communications on print materials and overall messaging.
Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will engage in recruitment travel and virtual outreach, establish and enhance relationships with international high school counselors and advising organizations, participate in public speaking activities nationally and internationally, and serve on university committees related to international student programs.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Some evening and weekend responsibilities may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
– At least 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
– Knowledge of Mizzou programs
– Ability to obtain a United States passport for international travel
Anticipated Hiring Range:
Salary Range: $50,367 – $58,000
Grade: GGS-010
