We are currently seeking an Admissions Manager to join our International Student Recruitment team at IQ Schools Group. This role will focus on developing new student enrolments and promoting Adcote Schools for Girls and Myddelton College in Europe. As a rapidly growing company, there is potential for advancement within a short time period, and we are looking for a target-focused individual to join our team for the long term.

The main purpose of the role is to recruit students from Europe, with potential responsibility and support in other regions as required. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for our schools, delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with prospective parents, students, and educational consultants. They will contribute to the development of sales strategies and will work closely with the Director of International Admissions and senior school staff to maximize student recruitment.

Responsibilities include managing liaison with parents, pupils, schools, and agents, organizing recruitment activities, and contributing to marketing materials. The Admissions Manager will also be responsible for managing the admissions service, setting up and maintaining a student database, and analyzing data to produce sales reports. Frequent travel within the UK and overseas to attend school marketing events is required. Additionally, the Admissions Manager will contribute to the development of processes and systems to improve competitiveness in the UK Boarding School Sector.

Qualifications for this role include a degree or above, desirable experience and success in student recruitment in independent schools, and an established agency network in the region. Desired knowledge includes an understanding of school admissions processes, the UK Education Sector, and UK student visa and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret data, excellent IT and communication skills, and be target-focused. They should also possess a sensitivity to the needs of pupils and parents, cross-cultural awareness, the ability to multi-task and work under pressure, and a self-motivated and proactive approach.
