Radford University is seeking an International Admission and Recruitment Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact for potential international students. Reporting to the Chief Global Officer & Assistant Provost for Global Education and Engagement, the Coordinator will be responsible for developing strategies, managing recruitment efforts, and advising international students through the enrollment process. They will also collaborate with the Assistant Provost to manage the recruitment agent network and establish partnerships with educational institutions, authorities, and corporations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining relationships with partners and educational professionals, participating in conferences, evaluating academic credentials, and assisting with orientation and student programming. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree or equivalent experience, one year of higher education experience (preferably in admissions), strong cross-cultural adjustment knowledge, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
