The HR team is looking for someone to provide support in administering and processing visas for international employees. This exciting opportunity is a hybrid role, allowing for both remote and on-site work at our Kings Meadow Campus office. As a part of the Resourcing team, you’ll be responsible for processing Certificate of Sponsorships for Skilled Workers and Tier 5 visas, advising on visa routes, and liaising with the HR Resourcing Services Manager. While prior knowledge and experience in immigration law is not required, a basic understanding of UK immigration regulations such as right to work requirements would be advantageous. As the primary administrator for all visa applications, you’ll maintain proper employment documentation and information, issue Certificates of Sponsorship using the Sponsor Management System, and perform verification checks for the right to work. Communication skills are essential for this role, as you’ll interact with prospective employees, recruiting managers, and other stakeholders daily. You’ll work both independently and alongside the broader team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of queries. Continual improvement of customer service is encouraged. This position is a permanent full-time contract with 36.25 hours per week.
