**The Role:**

– Part-Time: 12 hours per week
– Permanent
– Salary: £7,590 – £7,752 Per Annum
– Location: Gorseinon Campus

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Provide administrative support for the student mobility programs, including the Turing Scheme and Taith:
– Book flights and accommodation for overseas visits
– Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for each student and staff member
– Organize receipts and reconcile trip expenditures
– Compile student case studies for marketing purposes
– Write and publish social media posts on mobilities
– Handle any other related administrative tasks
– Assist with student admissions, ensuring spreadsheets are current and all documentation is received
– Support UKVI compliance with data entry, ensuring student data accuracy, and issuing student letters as needed
– Provide pastoral care for international students across all College sites
– Assist with the coordination of seasonal schools (summer/winter)

**About You:**

– Degree-qualified or possessing relevant professional experience
– Previous experience in administration or a similar role
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Proficient in IT, with strong abilities in using spreadsheets and Word
