About the Role
The Enterprise Lab at Imperial College London is a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship. Each year, we assist over 2,500 students and recent alumni in acquiring new skills, networking, and launching new ventures. As the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Coordinator, you’ll help deliver the Lab’s dynamic activities, including unique events, workshops, and cohort-based programs for our enterprising community of students, staff, and alumni. This position involves coordinating and supporting a variety of activities to enhance their implementation and impact.
What You Will Be Doing
You’ll support the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Managers and the Head of Enterprise Lab in delivering outstanding programs and events. Your responsibilities will include refining and executing cross-program processes, supporting large-scale events, and evaluating programs. This varied role is crucial in planning and executing over four entrepreneurial programs and fostering an entrepreneurial community at Imperial College and beyond.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in innovation and entrepreneurship support that establishes credibility and positive relationships with staff, students, alumni, and external partners.
- Project coordination experience sufficient to deliver high-quality education and professional development programs in a world-class institutional setting.
- Demonstrated success in organizing and executing student-oriented and partner engagement activities, including both small (10-person) and large (200 person) events.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with a contemporary student and alumni audience.
