**Full-Time Industrial Engineering Faculty Positions for the 2024-2025 Academic Year**

**American International University – Kuwait City**

The American International University (AIU) is seeking dynamic and engaged full-time Industrial Engineering faculty for its School of Engineering and Computing. AIU is inviting applications for faculty appointments from individuals with expertise in Industrial Engineering.

**Qualifications:**
– Master’s or PhD degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Commitment to excellence in teaching and scholarship
– Ability and willingness to collaborate with faculty across various disciplines

The ideal candidate will be an innovative professional who incorporates current trends and technologies to deliver a relevant and engaging classroom experience. Successful candidates will be leaders and actively involved in the Industrial Engineering field. They will be expected to teach courses including but not limited to:

– Systems Simulation
– Digital Manufacturing and Design
– Systems Engineering in Design
– Cyber-Physical Industrial Application
– Product Engineering
– Operations Research
– Work Design
– Senior Design Projects

Candidates must demonstrate an ability to work effectively within diverse communities and cultures. Additionally, they will be expected to develop research programs, supervise undergraduate students, and contribute to both school and university service commitments. A strong dedication to teaching and research is required.

Candidates should exhibit a commitment to excel in undergraduate teaching within their area of expertise in the Industrial Engineering curriculum. They are also expected to actively participate in undergraduate programs’ leadership, curriculum development, mentoring, and start-ups.
