University of Central Lancashire

The University of Central Lancashire is looking to hire a supervisor for its Inclusive Support team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, contingent on limited funding. The role involves managing the delivery of disability-related support to degree apprentices, ensuring efficient coordination and effective learner support.

We seek candidates who can thrive under pressure within a multi-disciplinary team while demonstrating strong communication and advanced interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include handling a moderately complex student caseload and conducting one-on-one meetings or reviews with apprentices in accordance with guidelines from the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) or as required by the learner.

Applicants should possess A-Levels or equivalent post-secondary qualifications, or relevant industry experience, along with supervisory experience to ensure effective provision of disability-related support to degree apprentices. A practical understanding of developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems is essential.

Candidates must fulfill all essential criteria listed in the person specification to be eligible for an interview. This position is located in Preston.
