The role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our People Services Hub as an Immigration Co-ordinator. In this role, you will provide first-line advisory and administrative support to colleagues and managers across the University, ensuring compliance with Immigration guidelines. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, offering accurate information and guidance to staff and managers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our processes and ensuring adherence to UK Visa & Immigration (UKVI) Sponsorship licence compliance and Prevention of Illegal Working regulations. This exciting opportunity aligns with our Milton Keynes campus, although we offer flexibility in terms of location.
Skills and experience
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous experience in supporting immigration-related queries and administration. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders are essential. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desired, and exceptional attention to detail and prioritization skills are a must.
