**Role Overview**
The Immigration Compliance team offers expert support for key processes, such as issuing CASs, maintaining visa, passport, and engagement records for international students, and ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations. The position involves various administrative tasks throughout the service, including providing support to Registry teams as needed. This hybrid role requires working on campus at least two days a week, with full-time campus presence necessary during peak periods such as examinations and enrolment.
**Candidate Profile**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting international student records and ensuring compliance with UKV&I sponsorship obligations. You should be adept at handling inquiries sensitively across all facets of the international student experience, from enrolment to post-award. Experience with examination processes is advantageous, and you must be willing to be flexible during critical periods.
**Department Overview**
Registry Services is responsible for managing a student’s personal and academic records from enrolment to award. This includes creating academic and exam timetables, managing financial support, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, and handling academic and regulatory queries.
