Role and Responsibilities:
- Teach and facilitate learning for two courses.
- Engage students in experiential learning, offering mentorship during research projects.
- Participate in all program activities globally, broadening students’ intercultural understanding.
- Collaborate with local coordinators and academic staff to resolve program-related challenges.
- Ensure student safety in collaboration with local and international staff.
Essential Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Terminal degree (PhD preferred) in relevant fields such as political science, sociology, geography, development studies, or relevant interdisciplinary fields.
- Experience teaching at the college level with a strong commitment to experiential learning.
- Preferred experience in living/working abroad, bringing empathy and adaptability to diverse educational contexts.
- Background in qualitative research, particularly in urban or global studies.
