To be an ideal candidate for Minarah College, you must meet the following criteria: hold current qualifications in teaching HSIE with a specialty in Legal Studies and/or Business Studies (knowledge of Economics is advantageous), be proficient in teaching Stage 4 Geography and Commerce, possess strong ICT skills for integrating technology into teaching, have effective communication and organizational skills to meet reporting deadlines, be able to motivate students and instill a lifelong love of learning, create and conduct effective assessments, apply interactive and innovative teaching methods, engage students through differentiation, actively collaborate on school matters, uphold the school’s vision and ethos, exhibit a strong work ethic and commitment to professional development, work independently and in teams, actively participate in the school community, maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, communicate effectively with parents, support the College’s Islamic values and philosophy, and have necessary certifications and working rights in Australia.
