**Position Title:** Higher Education Student Experience & Administrator
**Reports to:** Head of Marketing & Student Experience

**Purpose of the Position:**
Ozford Institute of Higher Education (OIHE) is actively seeking a motivated Higher Education Administrator to enhance our student experience. OIHE, part of the established Ozford Education Group (OEG), offers a range of educational opportunities, including undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in business and information technology. Our commitment to providing quality and contemporary education makes this role crucial for the planning, delivery, and assessment of our courses. The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, with a proven dedication to improving student experiences and outcomes.

**Specific Duties:**
*Academic Management, Course Planning, and Delivery*
– Support course and unit management at OIHE
– Coordinate daily operations, including staff and student matters
– Develop and manage teaching schedules and assessments
– Organize assessments and ensure quality course delivery
– Assist with campus operations and daily organization

*Academic Record Management*
– Maintain accurate academic records
– Coordinate student data reporting and analysis
– Provide stakeholders with student records and reports as needed

*Student Academic Monitoring and Support*
– Offer consultation and advice to students
– Monitor academic progression and implement intervention plans for at-risk students
– Provide student counseling and referrals
– Manage student grievances and support advocacy

*Compliance and Quality Assurance*
– Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with TEQSA requirements

*Student Support*
– Enhance and maximize the student experience
– Provide onsite and online student support

**Key Selection Criteria:**
– Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent
– Experience in an administrative role within higher education
– Familiarity with Student Management Systems and Learning Management Systems
– Passion for academic and student support
– Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
– Excellent workload management skills
– Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

– Ensure quality course delivery
– Maintain academic records accurately
– Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders
– Identify and support students at risk
– Enhance the overall student experience

**Qualifications:**
– A postgraduate degree

**Experience:**
– Minimum two years of experience in the Australian education sector
