Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and admissions strategies that attract a diverse and talented applicant pool for the MBA programmes.
- Lead a team of managers to create a seamless candidate journey from application to enrolment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global partners to optimize admissions pipelines.
- Analyze trends and metrics to guide decision-making and align efforts with strategic goals.
- Represent the Business School at recruitment events globally, requiring flexibility in hours and international travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in recruitment and/or admissions within the higher education sector, ideally within MBA programmes.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and enhance candidate experiences.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of international student markets and diversity-driven recruitment strategies.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to change management.
- Willingness to work flexibly and travel internationally as needed.
