The position will involve a combination of working from home and attending campus, usually once a week. Therefore, candidates must be located within commuting distance of one of our UK campuses with an Assessment Office in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London, or Manchester.
As we see an increase in student numbers and expansion of our programs, we are seeking a qualified individual to join our Assessment Office department as the Head of Operations (Assessment Planning).
In this role, you will oversee the student assessment experience, lead assessment planning teams, and manage assessment activity across different areas. You will provide leadership to a diverse team, develop operational plans, and contribute to department-wide strategies.
Applicants should possess strong people management skills, be proactive, and able to lead change effectively.
Key responsibilities of the Head of Operations (Assessment Planning) include delivering an exceptional student assessment experience, supporting and motivating a team, leading business change projects, and ensuring continuous improvement.
