Role Responsibilities:

As Head of International Student Recruitment, you will lead a team of 17 professionals, steering the international recruitment strategy for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting and implementing strategic plans for international student recruitment.
• Building and nurturing effective networks with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and synchronized recruitment efforts.
• Inspiring and supporting your team, including those based overseas, to reach and exceed ambitious recruitment targets.
• Providing consistent updates, reports, and insights to university leadership and marketing teams, ensuring clarity and direction in recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will be strategic and innovative, with a data-driven approach to identifying new recruitment opportunities. A proven leader with extensive experience in international student recruitment within the higher education sector, you should have demonstrated success in achieving targets.
