**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a seasoned Head of International Student Recruitment to join our dynamic International Recruitment team. This pivotal role involves leading the development, execution, and assessment of our international recruitment strategy, aimed at enhancing the University’s growth and diversification. You will collaborate closely with university departments and faculties.

In this role, you will manage a team of 17 recruitment professionals and be responsible for:

– Crafting and implementing a comprehensive international recruitment strategy for our diverse range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
– Fostering strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to recruitment activities.
– Inspiring and supporting your team to meet ambitious recruitment targets, including those stationed overseas.
– Providing regular updates and insightful reports to relevant committees, central and faculty/school marketing teams, and senior management throughout the recruitment cycle.

We are looking for a strategic, innovative, and data-driven leader who can pinpoint new opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in international student recruitment within a higher education context, along with a proven track record of success. Strong leadership, management, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to motivate various University teams to achieve international objectives, are essential.
