As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Head of International Student Recruitment will play a crucial role within the Marketing and Student Recruitment Directorate. This position is instrumental in shaping and implementing BNU’s International Strategy and data-driven, market-specific plans. The initial focus will be on expanding into new markets and increasing international student enrollment across our career-oriented undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Ideal candidates will be strong leaders with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying new opportunities and achieving recruitment targets in various international markets. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are required to build and sustain relationships with international agents and key stakeholders. Proficiency in transforming complex demographic data into actionable strategies and a comprehensive understanding of UKVI compliance metrics are crucial for this role.
