About the role
The University of Derby’s External Relations team is seeking a Head of International Recruitment. This exciting opportunity demands a motivated and experienced individual who can take charge of implementing and delivering the university’s international student recruitment strategy. The role primarily focuses on short- and long-term recruitment efforts. Responsibilities include managing a small recruitment team, handling agent relations, and maintaining key relationships with other departments such as Marketing and Admissions. As the Head of International Recruitment, you may also provide backup support to the line manager, the Associate Director – Stakeholder Relationships. A comprehensive understanding of international recruitment policy, marketing, admissions, visas, mobility, and student welfare is essential.
