Queen’s University Belfast is seeking a visionary leader with a passion for global collaboration to join their team as the Head of International Partnerships. In this senior leadership role, you will play a crucial role in driving and enhancing the university’s global engagement strategy. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish and manage partnerships with strategic and anchor partners that will strengthen the university’s global presence.

As an expert in academic partnership development, you will collaborate with senior academic staff to identify and build long-lasting partnerships that deliver significant commercial outcomes. In addition to leading the International Partnerships team, you will provide strategic direction, operational delivery, and thought leadership.

To be successful in this position, you should have an Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject. You should also have a proven track record of success in developing and managing academic partnerships, as well as extensive experience in internationalization and student recruitment in the higher education sector. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential.
