University of Worcester – Head of International Experience

We are looking for a Head of International Experience to join the University of Worcester. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our growing international student community and working towards achieving our international ambitions.

International students currently make up almost 20% of our student body, and it will be your task to lead an experienced team in providing tailored support to this group. You will need to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by international students in a UK higher education environment and work collaboratively with academic and professional departments to deliver efficient and effective support.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire others. Whether it’s interacting with students, colleagues, or partners, your ability to build relationships and get things done will be crucial.
