We are currently seeking a Head of International Business Development to join us full-time, working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the International Lead within the Senior Leadership team, the Head of International Business Development will drive strategy and operational performance. This role involves developing activities to meet international student recruitment targets, fostering relationships with key stakeholders globally, and ensuring a smooth admissions process for prospective students. Collaboration with the Head of Agent Partnership, Recruitment and Admissions is crucial for executing the university’s international strategy.
ABOUT YOU:
To qualify for the Head of International Business Development role, you should have:
– A degree or equivalent qualification
– Leadership and management experience with team-building skills
– Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities
– Prior experience in international student recruitment and stakeholder management
– An understanding of UK HE landscape and international qualifications
– Willingness to travel internationally as needed
– Knowledge of relevant immigration and UKVI regulations
