Position: Head of Global Recruitment

Working hours: 37 hours per week, full-time

We are currently seeking a Head of Global Recruitment to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is critical to the senior leadership team within our marketing function and will contribute to shaping our international strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global recruitment strategies, playing a key role in shaping the direction of our recruitment cycle. Working closely with the Head of Digital and Brand, as well as collaborating with Heads of School, you will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies in various markets and regions.
As the Head of Global Recruitment, you will provide leadership to the global recruitment team and oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from market strategy and agent networks to acquisition and conversion activities, ultimately driving enrolment growth. In addition to securing existing growth from core markets, you will focus on diversifying and achieving sustainable growth for the university.
