Oxford Brookes University is seeking to hire a Head of Global Recruitment to join their Professional Services team. The Head of Global Recruitment will work within the Global Recruitment Team in the Marketing, Recruitment, and Engagement directorate, contributing to the university’s global strategy.

Overall Purpose of the Position:

Reporting to the Director of Global Recruitment, the Head of Global Recruitment will lead the global recruitment team and drive recruitment strategy. This role is key in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the university’s objectives. The post holder will work closely with the Director of Global Recruitment, providing leadership and vision, and may also deputize as needed.

– Experience leading high-performing teams, including remotely-based teams
– Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate a clear vision

– Experience working internationally and leading teams in different global locations
– Experience operating at senior levels and in senior committees
