We are seeking a Head of Admissions and Application Management to join our team. As the Head of Admissions for Canadian Partners, you will be responsible for providing direction, leadership, and coordination for Kaplan’s admission services to the University of Victoria and future Canadian University Partners. Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree
– Ideally 5 years of experience leading a successful admissions team
– Strong knowledge of the Canadian education system and international student recruitment industry
– Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally
– Goal-oriented and customer-focused
– Extensive experience with CRM systems and process development
– Experience in formulating and executing department strategy
– Ability to lead, coach, motivate, and inspire staff
– Strong adaptability to change and ability to lead a team in the same
– Effective prioritization and planning skills under tight deadlines and competing priorities
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work independently
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
– Flexibility to work within a matrix reporting structure and collaborate with all levels in the organization
– Multicultural outlook with a commitment to assisting international students in achieving their study goals
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends during critical periods

Desirable:

– Advanced training in operations or customer service management
– Extensive experience in operations planning and management in an educational or training setup
