The University of East Anglia (UEA) is seeking a Global Projects Manager to join their UEA Global Team within the Admissions, Recruitment, and Marketing Division. The Global Projects Manager is a critical role that blends team leadership, project management, and strategic planning to elevate UEA’s international student recruitment efforts. Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Overseeing and coordinating international recruitment projects across the UEA Global team, which includes staff both based on campus and overseas.
- Team Leadership: Line-managing the Projects and Operations Team within the UEA Global department, ensuring effective collaboration among colleagues working in recruitment operations and strategy.
- Strategic Impact: Being a key contributor to the international student recruitment strategy by taking part in steering groups within the division and potentially deputising for the Heads of International Student Recruitment when necessary.
- Collaborative Vision: Aligning international recruitment activities with the broader Recruitment and Reputation Plan of the University.
