University of West London

The University of West London (UWL) has been recognized as the top modern university in London by the Complete University Guide 2023. Additionally, The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2023 named UWL as the University of the Year for Student Experience and Teaching Quality, praising the institution for consistently being among the top-performing universities and achieving exceptional levels of student satisfaction.

The Global Partnerships Office at UWL plays a crucial role in managing the university’s UK and international partnership activities. The office oversees partnership development, approval, monitoring, legal matters, and student experience, serving as a bridge between partners and key university stakeholders.

As an account manager within the Global Partnerships Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of academic partners, ensuring the smooth operation of partnerships and serving as the primary point of contact for partners and university colleagues. The role will involve providing expertise in operational and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing Annual Partnership Reviews for the assigned portfolio.

Applicants should have prior experience in the education sector, particularly in supporting partnership activities, as well as strong skills in operational process development, data analysis, and relationship-building. The University of West London follows an on-site working model, so the post holder will be expected to work at either the university or partner premises.

To apply for the role, interested candidates can submit an online application form. Further details about the application process can be found on the university’s website. Interviews are scheduled for the week commencing 29th April 2024.

For inquiries about the position, candidates can contact Tom Morris, Deputy Head of the Global Partnerships Office (operations), via email. Additional information about working at the University of West London can be found on the university’s website.

Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK for the duration of their employment. The university reserves the right to close the role earlier if a suitable candidate is found, and sponsorship under the Skilled Worker scheme is not available for this position
