### Job Opportunity: Global Partnerships Administrator
**Location:** Bloomsbury, London
**Hours:** 35 per week

#### About the Department
The Global Partnerships team, based in the Vice-Chancellor’s office, plays a critical role in advancing SOAS’ global engagement strategy. The team focuses on fostering equitable partnerships, particularly with institutions in the Global South.
#### About the Role
As the Global Partnerships Administrator, you will report to the Head of Global Partnerships and provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient team operations. Your responsibilities include:
– Acting as the primary point of contact for the team, both internally and externally.
– Coordinating international delegation visits.
– Handling queries and correspondence.
– Arranging travel.
– Managing the Global Partnerships inbox.
– Performing additional administrative tasks as needed.
We are seeking candidates with a keen interest in international higher education and strong communication skills who can collaborate effectively across diverse cultural contexts.
