In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy team that focuses on global opportunities at the University. You will play a vital role in supporting various opportunities, including outgoing study abroad placements, the incoming study abroad program, and Leeds International Summer School (LISS). Additionally, you will support the wider team and foster relationships with exchange partners to effectively assist students during their time abroad.
We seek a team player who is flexible, highly organized, and dedicated to delivering a quality service. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are necessary, along with the ability to work under pressure.
Two positions are available: Global Opportunities Assistant (Outgoing), which primarily supports outgoing study abroad placements, and Global Opportunities Assistant (Incoming), which focuses on supporting LISS and the incoming study abroad program.
