Job Description for Global Mobility Senior Officer (Outgoing Students Co-ordinator)
This role is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about international education, student mobility, and fostering cross-cultural experiences. As a Global Mobility Senior Officer at King’s College London, you’ll play a pivotal part in enabling students to participate in study abroad or work placements overseas, furthering their academic and personal development within an international context.
Operating within the Global Mobility Office-a dynamic, student-focused and external-facing team-you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating King’s outgoing Study Abroad programmes, including semester, year-long, or summer opportunities. Your work will involve handling programme administration, engaging with departments and overseas partners, supporting students throughout their journey, and managing the relationships that ensure these life-changing opportunities are effective and enriching.
This position requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a commitment to supporting students in their international educational experiences. It’s a full-time, fixed-term role covering a colleague’s career break, ending in October 2026.
