**About the Role**
Sussex Global Engagement is looking for a self-motivated Global Mobility Manager (Outbound) to oversee the University’s outbound study abroad programs, crucial for the internationalisation of our student body. This key role offers a unique chance to lead a dedicated team of global student mobility professionals, promote and manage Sussex’s study abroad activities, and collaborate with various academic and professional units to ensure these initiatives align with our strategic and operational goals.
**About You**
You will be a professional with a first degree and/or significant experience in higher education or the international education sector. Your ability to think strategically and manage projects effectively will be essential in this role. With excellent relationship management skills and a dedication to client service, you will excel at engaging with diverse stakeholders. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are crucial, as is the flexibility to occasionally travel internationally. Your role will require proficiency in administrative, financial, and organisational tasks, supported by a solid foundation in IT and data-driven decision-making.
