Position: Global Mobility Manager
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week)
Salary: Starting from £66,444 per annum and increasing to £73,401 per annum based on experience and skills
Annual Leave: 35 days plus public holidays and an additional 4 days during Christmas and New Year office closure
Location: De Havilland Campus, University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield

Are you an experienced professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale? We are seeking a motivated Global Mobility Manager to lead strategic initiatives that will shape the University of Hertfordshire’s global talent acquisition in its next phase.

Responsibilities:
– Lead international assignments and global mobility programs, including managing third-party Employers of Record.
– Provide expert guidance on global mobility matters to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders.
– Develop policies and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
– Foster positive relationships with internal managers and staff to support relocation, immigration, and assignment processes.
– Minimize business risk, optimize cost-effectiveness, and enhance employee experience.

Requirements:
– Experience in a Global Mobility or International HR role in a multi-functional organization, providing advice and support on various HR issues.
– Knowledge of international employment practices and experience in leading change management projects.
– Ability to gain the confidence of senior stakeholders and resolve complex situations.
– Professional credibility and emotional intelligence.
– Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area or significant proven professional work experience.
