Lancaster University is seeking a highly motivated Global Mobility Manager (GMM) to help achieve its goal of being a globally significant institution. As a key member of the HR Operations team within the People and Organisational Effectiveness division, the GMM will provide specialist advice on issues related to overseas work at the University’s various international partnerships.

The GMM will offer support in areas such as tax, social security, global mobility, and assignment lifecycle, among others. Working closely with the HR operations team and HR Partners, the GMM will deliver an outstanding International Assignment and Advisory Service to managers across the University’s international partnerships.

The role of Global Mobility Manager requires both operational delivery and continuous improvement through leadership of International HR projects in relation to policy and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator with a keen interest in Global mobility and international HR, able to support and participate in the development of essential internal and external stakeholder relationships.
