**About the Role**
The Global Engagement team at UCL, under the Office of the Vice-Provost (Research, Innovation and Global Engagement), is seeking a Global Engagement Officer. In this role, you will support a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to assisting the academic community at one of the leading universities in London.
Global Engagement Officers are essential in delivering high-quality support across a range of global partnerships, advisory services, and strategic initiatives. They are responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and programs by offering crucial administrative and practical assistance. This position is ideal for someone who relishes coordinating exceptional events and meetings, conducting research, and is passionate about the internationalisation of higher education. We seek individuals with resilience, enthusiasm, and excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
You will divide your efforts across various team members, each with a specific global focus or strategic responsibility. Our team maintains high standards, providing the necessary support to produce outstanding work. This role requires a proactive, independent approach, with a deep engagement in the Global Engagement team’s activities and UCL’s Faculties and Departments’ work.

**About You**
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong general education, excellent organisational skills, independence, and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. The role requires establishing good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, along with keen attention to detail, are vital. You should also be adept at summarising documents and drafting straightforward reports. Experience in event management and travel logistical support is advantageous
