The University of Reading is thrilled to announce an opening for a Global Partnerships Administrator to join our Global Partnerships Office on a permanent basis. This office plays a crucial role in advancing key initiatives within the University’s Strategic Framework for Internationalisation and Global Engagement.
In this dynamic position, you will be integral to supporting our global partnership initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating high-profile visits, assisting University of Reading faculty and delegations traveling internationally, and ensuring data accuracy and currency.
Qualifications for the role include:
– A solid understanding of administrative processes and systems, with keen attention to detail.
– Proven experience in organizing meetings and events.
– Familiarity with digital tools and platforms.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills, both effective and professional.
