Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination: Support and manage select study abroad programs by coordinating logistics domestically and internationally, liaising with William & Mary, overseas partners, and faculty.
- Career Development: Enhance career readiness components of study abroad programs, aligning them with the university’s commitment to applied learning and career preparedness.
- Student Advising: Offer expert advice on study abroad opportunities, guide students through processes and policies, and support them before, during, and after their international experiences.
- Inclusivity and Access: Advocate for inclusive policies and practices that address barriers to international education and foster an inclusive environment.

Basic Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
- Experience in developing and supporting study abroad programs.
- Knowledgeable about cross-cultural issues.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree, which will enhance your candidacy.
- Proficiency in a second language, which may increase your ability to connect with a broader range of students and partners.
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad, providing first-hand insights into international experiences.
- Experience in student advising to effectively support and guide students.
