- International Chapter Development: Establishing and managing alumni chapters worldwide to connect graduates in specific regions.
- Tailored Alumni Engagement: Designing region-specific models of interaction, underpinned by events, volunteering opportunities, and communications strategies.
- Brand Value Building: Crafting a compelling alumni value proposition within different geographic contexts to inspire lifelong engagement.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with colleagues in Queen Mary’s Global Engagement Office and Directorate of Development and Alumni Engagement (DDAE) to achieve strategic aims.
