Job Title: Future Student Faculty Partner (FSFP)
Employment Type: Full Time, 11-month parental leave coverage
Remuneration: Competitive Total Package
Location: Kensington NSW (Hybrid Flexible Working)
Job Description:
The Future Student Faculty Partner (FSFP) is a leadership position within the UNSW Future Students team, responsible for product marketing and student recruitment. The FSFP will optimize the faculty product portfolio, drive revenue growth, and shape marketing and recruitment initiatives for local and international markets. They will manage program lifecycles, develop new programs, and act as a liaison between the faculty and central teams. This role will provide strategic advice and operational support to senior staff and establish relationships with other University stakeholders.
Requirements:
– Experience in designing and delivering sales and marketing strategies for complex portfolios
– Strong commercial acumen and ability to set targets and review ROI
– Ability to manage complex projects and provide strategic advice to Senior Executives
– Passion for customer service and experience in managing multiple, complex initiatives
– University and Faculty experience desired
– Relevant degree with extensive senior business partnering experience
– Outstanding relationship management skills and commitment to UNSW values
– Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities
