OVERVIEW The Global Programs Outreach Coordinator at North Dakota State University supports the visibility and engagement of the university’s global initiatives through coordinated communication and outreach. Based in Fargo, North Dakota, this role operates within the Office of Global Programs and Services and functions as a central point for messaging related to international opportunities. The position emphasizes collaboration, consistency, and strategic outreach to a wide campus and external audience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Serve as the hub of all communication and outreach for the Office of Global Programs and Services – Work closely with the university’s Marketing and Communications unit – Deliver high quality, consistent, and on-brand communications – Communicate with students, faculty, staff, and external partners – Raise the visibility of global programs at North Dakota State University – Support study abroad outreach and marketing efforts – Provide outreach and communication support for other global programs REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Effective communication is essential for connecting students and campus partners with international opportunities that enrich academic and personal development.
