Department Summary
The Division of Global Engagement (DGE) strives to transform the University of Oregon into a more global institution. In today’s higher education landscape, international engagement is not an optional add-on; it is a fundamental mission that is crucial to creating a thriving, socially relevant, intellectually vibrant academic community, as outlined in UO’s Academic Plan.
