Role Overview:
The Executive Vice President (EVP) at AIU acts as the chief academic officer, leading academics, faculty, and administration to maintain educational excellence. The EVP’s responsibilities include strategic leadership, student success promotion, institutional accreditation enhancement, technological integration, and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead academic and administrative operations.
- Formulate policies and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and development of faculty and staff.
- Partner with universities to develop joint programs and services.
- Ensure curriculum meets industry standards and trends.
- Engage in Board of Trustee meetings (non-voting).
- Spearhead accreditation and data-driven decision making.
- Foster a collaborative, student-centered culture.
- Represent AIU to external parties and enhance partnerships.
