We are currently seeking an Executive Director, Global to join our team and drive our global initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President (Future Students and Outreach), you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase international student enrollment and expand our global presence. This role involves creating comprehensive global engagement plans, forging partnerships with key collaborators, and establishing study abroad programs that align with our curriculum and academic standards. In addition, you will be advocating for global opportunities for students, particularly those from marginalized backgrounds, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses significant knowledge and experience in international student recruitment and support, as well as a deep understanding of relevant policies and legislation. With a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial flair, you will be able to lead innovative recruitment strategies that drive commercial success. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial, as you will be representing the University on a global stage and fostering productive relationships. Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to implement evidence-based change initiatives.
