The Events, Marketing & Communications Manager will play a crucial role in expanding the visibility, engagement, and impact of the LSE Generate Schools Programme. This global initiative empowers young people to connect entrepreneurship with social purpose, aligning with LSE’s broader mission of creating a meaningful societal impact. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the individual in this position will oversee all aspects of communications, digital engagement, and event delivery. The objective is to enhance programme growth, attract stakeholders, drive effective fundraising, and curate high-quality campaigns and events that make a difference in the lives of young entrepreneurs across the globe.

This role blends creative storytelling and branding with meticulous execution. It suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments and can balance strategic thinking with practical event delivery. The position is based on a hybrid work model, offering flexibility, but will involve international travel. Initially offered on a fixed-term basis for one year, there is a possibility of extending the contract up to five years.
