We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Counsellor to join our team in Sydney. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, assisting with visa applications, coordinating social media strategies and campaigns, participating in marketing events, and handling general administrative duties. Customer service excellence is of utmost importance, as we aim to maintain our reputation for exceptional standards in the education services industry. The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, along with a strong commitment to customer service. Self-motivation, ambition, and a willingness to go above and beyond are essential qualities. Being a team player who is confident in engaging with prospective clients is crucial. Proficiency in multitasking and exceeding targets is desired, as is experience in implementing and coordinating social media strategies and campaigns. While prior experience in the education industry is not required, a proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development would be advantageous, as would experience in student recruitment. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an education or migration consulting company. Familiarity with the Australian education market and international student recruitment industry is necessary. Effective communication and organizational skills, as well as exceptional customer service abilities, are essential. The ability to handle confidential matters and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds is also important. A valid visa to work in Australia is required.
