About the Role

We are excited to announce opportunities for Mandarin-speaking Education Consultant/Migration Agent Assistants based in our Sydney Headquarters. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals passionate about guiding international students through their academic and migration journeys. The role involves tasks such as providing professional advice, coordinating applications, supporting visa processes, and communicating with multiple stakeholders—including education providers and the Department of Home Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Academic Guidance: Offer professional advice tailored to international students pursuing educational opportunities in Australia.
  • Applications & Enrolments: Communicate with universities and colleges to follow up on applications and assist students with enrolments.
  • Visa Preparation: Help clients navigate visa processes, gathering documentation and providing ongoing support.
  • Migration Assistance: Collaborate with Registered Migration Agents (MARA) to prepare documentation, advice on migration pathways, and liaise with clients.
  • Client Management: Provide responsive and detail-oriented service to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update client files accurately in our CRM systems, ensuring efficiency and transparency.
