Role Overview

This position is centered on customer interaction and sales, offering high-level professional consulting and administrative services to international students. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the application and enrollment processes for students.
  • Coordinating a wide array of support services for students.

Essential Qualifications for Applicants:

  • Possession of an Australian tertiary degree.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages/dialects is beneficial.
  • Work experience within Australia in education, customer service, sales, or marketing.
