About the Roles:
We are currently hiring Full-Time Education Consultants based in our Melbourne Office.

About the Duties:
Education Consultant Role & Responsibilities:
– Provide accurate and customized academic advice and individual consultations to international students
– Develop optimal study plans and offer alternative options based on students’ essential needs and long-term prospects
– Address students’ queries and concerns
– Assist with students’ application and enrollment processes
– Provide and coordinate support services including visa and migration assistance
– Engage in ongoing professional development and self-learning to enhance knowledge base
– Foster sustainable relationships with Australian higher education providers
– Stay up-to-date with industry information
– Maintain a professional appearance and be seen as a reliable education consultant
– Participate in various marketing events and activities
– Identify potential clients and achieve high conversion rates

The Applicant:
Essentials:
– Australian citizen, PR holder, or full-time working visa
– Minimum 2 years of industry experience
– Bachelor’s degree or above
– Multilingual proficiency, particularly in Mandarin/Vietnamese/Thai/Tagalog, is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Fast learner with good memory retention
– Work experience in customer service, sales, or marketing in Australia
– High efficiency and attention to detail
– Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality
– Positive problem-solving attitude
– Well-developed time management skills
